Your Responsabilities

  • Patients are expected to keep appointments or the contact the surgery as soon as possible if they no longer need an appointment, or are unable to attend.
  • Patients who are late for their appointment may not be seen or may be required to wait until the doctor is free.
  • Patients should treat all surgery staff with the same respect as you would expect.
  • Patients should only request an urgent appointment if appropriate.
