Your Responsabilities
- Patients are expected to keep appointments or the contact the surgery as soon as possible if they no longer need an appointment, or are unable to attend.
- Patients who are late for their appointment may not be seen or may be required to wait until the doctor is free.
- Patients should treat all surgery staff with the same respect as you would expect.
- Patients should only request an urgent appointment if appropriate.
