Our practice boundary area covers all of central Plymouth and most of suburban Plymouth up to Roborough in the north, Plympton in the east and Tamerton Foliot in the north west.

Please note that every care has been taken in the preparation of information on this Postcode Mapping Tool, however there may be instances where the Postcode Mapping Tool does not include your location even though it is within our practice boundary. An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google.

New Patient Registration
If you would like to register with the practice please use this form.
To register a new patient you will need to live within our practice boundary.
It is very easy to register at the practice. You do not need a medical card. We ask you to sign the registration form at reception and then complete a short health questionnaire. Your notes will be transferred from your last doctor, but this can take up to 2 months.
For children less than 5 years of age please indicate on the registration form if you require your child to receive Child Health Surveillance from the practice.
